Chapter 4: Investment in Overseas Real Estate, etc.

If the Company invests in real estate, etc. located outside Japan or real estate-backed securities and other assets whose main investment destination is real estate, etc. located outside Japan (hereinafter referred to as "overseas real estate, etc.") as the management of portfolio properties, the Company will comply with the rules of the Investment Management Association of Japan and select investment regions, taking into account their legal system and economic conditions, etc. to make an appropriate investment from the standpoint of protecting customers and, when acquiring the overseas real estate, etc., conduct a sufficient investigation. The Company will also develop a necessary and appropriate system for undertaking disclosure and response related to the investment regions and the overseas real estate, etc. in a timely and appropriate manner.
