AEON Reit Management Co., Ltd. ("the Company") works to resolve complaints pertaining to the Company by itself, while also striving to bring about resolution through the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC), whose details are listed below. FINMAC takes on duties that include mediating resolution of grievances filed by Investment Management Association of Japan, a general incorporated association of which the Company is a member, and also handles customer complaints.
